Traditional MT forward modeling algorithms typically only consider the influence of conductivity. However, as the observation frequency increases, the impact of displacement currents becomes more significant, especially under high-resistivity and high-permittivity conditions. Neglecting displacement currents would result in incorrect MT forward responses. In regions with high magnetization, magnetic response cannot be ignored either. Our MT 1D forward code was inspired by Peng and Han's open-source Julia code(https://github.com/CUG-EMI/EM3DANI). We adapted their code to the MATLAB language and incorporated considerations for dielectric constant and permeability.
